Jemison Surveying Services, otherwise known as JS&S Inc, has grown to become one of the largest Land Survey firms in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since its founding in November 1994 by Raymond Jemison, PLS and Jaime Gonzalez, JS&S has been involved with many major projects in Las Vegas and is currently working on the City Center Project, Wynn’s Encore Resort, Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino, Turnberry Towers and MGM Residences, to name a few!

Based on sound principles of surveying practices, over the past 12 years JS&S has developed a reputation second to none. Since its inception, JS&S has grown to over 50 employees, sending 18 crews out daily to provided the same service that made the company a success.
