JS&S Inc., otherwise known as Jemison Surveying Services, has grown to become one of the largest Land Survey firms in Southern Nevada. Since its founding in November 1994 by Raymond Jemison, PLS and Jaime Gonzalez, JS&S has been involved with many of the major projects in Southern Nevada and the Las Vegas area. And is currently working on the LINQ las vegas project, Bill's Gambling Hall Project, Carpenters International Training Center, Premium Outlet Mall, to name a few.  Based on sound principles of surveying practices, over the past 19 years JS&S has developed a reputation second to none.

The past few years has been a slow period of growth in the Las Vegas Area. But JS&S inc. has stayed the course, offering a variety of services at a moments notice. We have concentrated on training our employees in all aspects of safety and technology, and developing our Quality Assurance/ Quality Control policies in anticipation of the growth we are certain Southern Nevada will experience in the coming future. And as each project or service was completed, our reputation as a provider of reliable and dependable survey service increased along with both new and repeating clientele.

Our presence at LINQ Las Vegas, the largest private construction project in Las Vegas speaks of the immense responsibility entrusted upon us. As the project surveyors for this project, we have been challenged at every level of our chosen profession. We can also claim among our more notable projects the City Center Project, Wynn Las Vegas, Encore, Fountainbleau, Town Square Las Vegas, Harry Allen Power Plant, North Las Vegas Readiness Center, and many others.

Our experience in the private and public sector challenged us to become adept to the high pressure demands of all segments of the construction and development industry. Often times using some of the most exacting instrumentation available. Ever mindful of safety as well as production, our “can-do” attitude continues to afford us a relationship with our clients wherein we are consistently called upon whenever they have a need for survey services.
