Raymond
Jemison, P.L.S., W.R.S
President—Owner
Mr. Jemison is a Nevada Professional Land Surveyor #10598 and
is also a State Water Rights Surveyor #1192. Mr. Jemison has
been President and owner of JS&S since the company’s
inception in 1994. Mr. Jemison has over 30 years of experience
in land surveying and construction. Prior to founding JS&S,
he spent 10 years at ALCA Engineering and Surveying, where
he worked as a party chief and field crew member. While there
he then went on to manage a union survey field crew performing
construction staking services for various projects including,
major resorts, highways and bridges. He is also a member of
the Nevada Association of Land Surveyors and the National Society
of Professional Surveyors. In 1981, he graduated from the four-year
Survey Apprenticeship Program, Local 12 Operating Engineers,
where he received the Outstanding Apprenticeship Award for
his class.
Mr. Jemison is responsible for all aspects of JS&S’s land surveying
services, including hands-on contact with clients and prospective clients, contract
administration, field crew management, billing and invoicing, and agency submittals.
Mr. Jemison is directly involved with the development of specialized contracts
and proposals for all current and future projects. He prioritizes meeting with
clients to ensure the highest quality expertise of all services proved by JS&S
Jamie Gonzalez
Vice President—Owner
Mr. Gonzalez has been an owner of JS&S since it’s
inception in November of 1994. Mr. Gonzalez has 31 years of
construction industry experience. He has functioned in a variety
of roles including Vice President, Senior Project Manager and
Project Manager for public and private projects. Mr. Gonzalez
is skilled in all stages of the constructing process. Previous
projects he served as Project Coordinator for include the Flamingo
Hilton, City Center Project, Sierra Health Services, Harrah’s,
Caesars, The Venetian and numerous others.
Mr. Gonzalez is also involved in the day-to-day operations of JS&S including,
but not limited to, client relations and all business and corporate activities
and corporate operations. He is also responsible for overseeing the overall construction
process from estimation to project closeout. Mr. Gonzalez schedules field personnel
on a daily basis. He believes in fostering an environment that promotes teamwork,
allowing him to best achieve organizational goals.
